How do I pay for the products?

At checkout you will be able to use Paypal in order to complete your transaction. Credit/Debit cards are not yet accepted.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

No, we do not offer returns or exchanges; therefore, if you have any questions or concerns about sizing or anything feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally all products are received within 3-5 business days after the release date, and are shipped out to the customer within a day of receiving.  From there your item will be shipped through priority, which takes 2-3 days.  Overall it should take about 7 business days from the date of the release to receive your product.

How will I get my shoes?

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, with tracking sent to you.  The shoes will be double boxed with receipt included.  Purchases will include our logo sticker with "Top Shelf Kicks" on it as see at the top of the website.

Are your shoes 100% authentic?

We guarantee authenticity with all our shoe orders.  All shoes come from direct Nike/Jordan retailers (Nike, Footaction, Footlocker, Champs, Finishline, Hibbett Sports, etc.)

Where are you located?

We are located in Northeastern North Carolina, hints the name "Top Shelf NC"

Do you offer refunds?

No we do not offer refunds.  Under certain circumstances we may offer refunds but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
